Cover thawed chicken in olive oil, and lightly coat with flour. Season generously with basil, garlic, salt & pepper.
Melt 4 Tbsp of butter in sauce pan.
Put chicken into melted butter and sear both sides. Add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and a tablespoon of honey. Baste the chicken then cover until fully cooked to internal temp of 165°
