1 Scoop Protein Powder (Your choice of chocolate or vanilla)
1/4 Cup of Oatmeal
1 10oz Brewed Cup of Coffee
1 Spoonful of Natural Peanut Butter
4-6 Cubes of Ice
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency.
