Spaghetti squash:
- One Spaghetti Squash
- Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- Green Onion
- Parsley
- Red Pepper
- Avocado
Cut squash in half and place in pan upside down with a bottom full of water. Bake in the oven at 375 for about 45 minutes or until soft enough to shred apart. Brown ground beef and add sauce. Once squash is done, shred and place on a plate, add sauce and meat mixture. Garnish with green onion, red pepper & parsley. Add avocado on the side. Enjoy!
